Our story
Straight Talk, Real Diagnostics
Auto Tech Service & Repair is an Elk Grove shop drivers turn to when a car has already stumped somebody else. One customer's car kept shutting off right after starting, and after other mechanics couldn't find the cause, our team tracked down the problem and got her back on the road.
We price parts at wholesale and walk you through the labor before any work begins, so you know what you're paying for and why. That kind of straightforward answer is why other mechanics have sent us their own customers' cars, sometimes more than once.
Our service advisors keep you updated while your car is in the shop, from Jane's friendly, informed updates at the front counter to the technicians working in the bay. We want you to know what's happening with your vehicle, not just get a bill at the end.
- Wholesale-based, transparent pricing
- Persistent on hard-to-diagnose repairs
- Friendly, informed front-counter service
- Repeat referrals from other mechanics
What customers say
“My car wouldn't continue running after starting it up. It would immediately just shut off. I had other mechanics who couldn't figure out the issue and I was referred to Auto Tech. They were able to find and fix the issue after my car was down for over a month. The car runs great and I'm extremely happy to be on the road again.”
“Sent multiple cars for these guys to repair over the course of a year and every car came back in top condition. I will say its extremely busy, but that is good too because it just means their service and their techs know what they are doing. I appreciate their honesty to their customers.”
“Jane is AMAZING! She kept me informed and had great customer service. She deserves a raise and a half.”
